2026 Montclair State University Graduate Application Fee Waiver

Montclair State University (MSU) is offering a $60 graduate application fee waiver to both international and domestic students who register for and attend any Graduate Information Session between August 21, 2025, and December 3, 2025. All sessions are held online and timed in Eastern Time (ET).

Funding, Aid & Support at MSU

Assistantships & Scholarships

MSU offers competitive graduate assistantships, including teaching and research roles that may provide full tuition remission or a stipend. Additionally, you can apply for merit-based scholarships, either internal or external, through Montclair’s centralized scholarship portal.

Travel & Research Support

Graduate students can access the Student Research & Conference Travel Fund (SRCTF) to receive up to $300 (≤ 50% of costs) for travel or presentation expenses—available up to three times during your graduate career
