These Terms of Service govern your use of Abroaducate, a study abroad platform that helps students find affordable programs, match with scholarships, and generate application documents.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Abroaducate, Inc. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
Abroaducate provides:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Abroaducate operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system — there are no monthly subscriptions.
Credits are lifetime — they do not expire and are not tied to a monthly subscription. Credits are consumed when generating AI documents or running strategy tools. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may use Abroaducate to create original academic application documents for your own use, research universities and scholarships, and track your own application progress.
You may not use our service to submit completely AI-generated content as your own original work without review, create documents for other people without disclosure, violate any university's academic integrity policies, share account credentials, circumvent usage limits, or use automated tools to scrape our data.
Use AI suggestions as starting points, always personalize generated content with your own experiences, ensure all statements are truthful, and comply with your target institution's AI usage policies.
You retain ownership of all documents you create using our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your personal experiences or achievements.
The Abroaducate platform, features, and technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. Your documents are processed securely and not used to train AI models. You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our service relies on third-party providers including AI services, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure. We cannot control third-party availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, failed applications, missed deadlines, or lost opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abroaducate, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity with notice.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our support team before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you via email and post a notice on our platform when material changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
