About the Program

This programme is focused on social dynamics. The major environmental issues (climate change, erosion of biodiversity, protection of vital natural resources such as water, air and soil) and societal issues (political and economic crisis linked t- the process of globalization of trade, inequality of access t- natural resources, food stakes for a growing population) mark the first decades of the 21st century, as well as innovative solutions, combining local dimensions and multi-actor and multi-scalar networks. This master programme has been built on the basis of a prospective describing the evolution of the professions in environment with many professionals involved. Several observations have emerged: the environmental dimension is essential in public decision-making.
