About the Program

A two-year, 100% English-taught MA course (French national MA diploma), which is run in partnership with several exchange universities, allowing students to complete their degree in 2 countries. Students will develop core skills and knowledge in the field of intercultural communication (cultural awareness, modelling intercultural communication, diversity management, intercultural management, anthropology and ethnography, global mobility, project management, research methodology...) and can choose from a wide range of options in international management / cultural management (culture development and globalisation, European institutions and policies, strategy for sustainable business, ethical governance of global companies, psychology and sociology of transition, marketing, human resources, geopolitics for business, economics, management and organisational theories, business games, etc.) as well as general soft skills which will set them in good stead for an international career in management or training (training for trainers, language and area studies). After completing the course, depending on their profile and the options studied, students will apply for positions such as: international project manager, intercultural trainer (freelance), international marketing officer, global mobility officer, international recruitment officer, intercultural mediator, foreign service officer, etc. They may also choose to continue their studies with a PhD in an area related to the MA course.
