They will have knowledge referring to the theory of structures, computer aid design (solving the problems of structural mechanics), construction organization and management, evaluation of structure technical conditions, repair and reinforcement technologies, thermal diagnostics and modernization. They will be prepared for work in design offices, construction companies; they will be able to perform managerial and supervisor duties in building production enterprises. They will be prepared to solve complex design, organizational and technological issues in construction industry. There is possibility of joining double-degree programme with the University of Beira Interior by participation in student’s exchange (2 semesters).
