About this Scholarship

Requirements

• Must be a first-time applicant from a non-European Union country.
• Must come from a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
• Must be admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme at Sciences Po.
• Swiss and Norwegian applicants are ineligible (may qualify for CROUS scholarships).
• Dual citizens holding EU nationality are not eligible.
• Quebec candidates applying for Master’s are ineligible (eligible for Bachelor’s).
• Master’s dual-degree applicants are ineligible except for:
• Journalism (Sciences Po/Columbia University)
• Europe-Asia in Global Affairs (Sciences Po/Fudan University, Chinese nationals only)
• Sciences Po/Peking University (Chinese nationals only)
• PhD, one-year Master’s, Bachelor dual-degree, and exchange programme applicants are not eligible.
• Candidates applying via the French graduate admission process are not eligible.
