About This Scholarship

Maastricht University Scholarship 2026-2027 is a fully funded scholarship for international students. This scholarship is available for masters studies and provides the recipient with € 30,625 living expenses, € 700 health & liability insurance, € 210 visa application costs and € 16,800 tuition fees.

Requirements

Required Language: English.
Eligible Countries: Citizens outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and Surinam.
Must not hold dual nationality with an EU/EEA country.
Must apply for a full-time Master’s programme at Maastricht University for 2026–2027.
Must meet the specific admission requirements of the chosen Master’s programme.
Must not have previously studied a degree in the Netherlands (exchange students may apply).
Must be 35 years old or younger by 1 September 2026.
Must demonstrate excellent prior academic results, with preference given to the top 5% of applicants.
